Meeting Review (22-11-2023) – Capacity Development Programme.
In this seminar the Chief Guest of the Day was Sh. Gunjeet Singh Cheema
(SDM Paonta Sahib) .The seminar was organized on 22-11-2023. HR and
supervisors were invited to the seminar.

through targeted training programs.
– Emphasis on mentorship and hands-on learning experiences to
accelerate skill acquisition.
– Plans for regular assessments to track the progress of apprentices and
address any gaps in their development.
– Comprehensive strategies were explored to strengthen the skill sets of
participants.
– Identification of key skills relevant to current industry demands.
– Collaboration with industry experts and institutions to design specialized
skill development modules.
The meeting reflected a commitment to fostering a dynamic learning
environment for apprentices and ensuring that the skill development
initiatives align with industry needs.
